I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and EMDR Practitioner. I specialise in working with anxiety spectrum difficulties (such as OCD, Panic Disorder, Social and Performance Anxiety, Phobias, Health Anxiety) Depression and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

With 15 years of experience in the mental health sector, I am an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP). This accreditation ensures that I have undergone rigorous training and possess the qualifications necessary to provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment.
